Aquatic Corporation

Aquatic is a global supplier of fixtures for the Sanitary (Bathware) market. We are a United States manufacturer of gelcoat , acrylic and composite bathing products.

We would like to take an opportunity to offer a formal recommendation for R3 Composites. After completing an RFQ process with our company, they quickly became our supplier of choice. R3 continues to meet and exceed our expectations.

We recently launched a new product line for our company (A2 Composite), and we were experiencing logistic and quality issues with our previous supplier. Prior to sending out an RFQ, we knew that not all manufacturers were capable, or even wanted to run our product due to the fact that we require "Class A" finish with a white material. Additionally, the size and tonnage necessary to run our tools limited our choices to only a handful of suppliers. R3 possessed the capability and mindset that we required. Any doubts we may have had quickly faded after our initial meeting.

Our decision to use R3 Composites as our vendor of choice has been greatly rewarding. As we began our start-up with R3, our relationship with our previous supplier quickly deteriorated, escalating our need to move the start-up date forward with R3. During the process they exceeded our expectations. A project which was scheduled to take three months was accomplished in just over a month. R3 had each tool trailed and running to specifications within just a few days. Not only did they closely work with us, but with our secondary supplier as well. Their network connections have proven to be valuable asset. Their staff has a wealth of knowledge, both inside and outside the industry, which not only lends itself to creating quality product, but innovative problem solving as well.

One main reason our doubts about R3 Composites quickly faded was Roy Carver and the team he assembled. In writing this letter we realize you can clearly "see" R3's capabilities when you tour their facilities, but we think it is just as important to understand the people dynamic. Roy and his team are top notch people as well as great communicators. Each member of the team is committed to the quality of the products they produce and the relationships they that surround that production.
